565.01 TRANSIENTS; TIME LIMIT.
   Every person coming into the City, and remaining therein for a period in excess of twelve hours, who has been convicted two or more times in Federal or State courts of offenses which are felonies under the laws of the United States or of the State in which committed, or which would be classed as felonies if committed in the State of Ohio, at least one of such convictions having been within the period of five years prior thereto, shall report to the Bureau of Identification of the Police Department within twenty-four hours after his arrival within the City and shall furnish to the Bureau, in a written statement signed by him, his true name and every other name or alias by which he is or has been known, a full and complete description of himself and the name of each offense as hereinabove defined of which he has been convicted, together with the names of the places where each such offense was committed, the name under which he was convicted, the date of the conviction, and the name, if any, and location of each penal institution in which he was confined by way of punishment for each such offense, together with the location or address used or to be used by him as a residence, stopping place or living quarters in the City, with a description of the character of each such place, whether a hotel, apartment house, dwelling house or otherwise, giving the street number thereof, if any, or any description of the same as will so identify it as to make it possible to locate; also the length of time he expects to remain within the City.
