561.03 USE OF IMPROPER, INDECENT OR OBSCENE LANGUAGE TOWARD A TEACHER, SCHOOL EMPLOYEE, STUDENT OR OTHER PERSON.
(a) No person shall use improper, indecent or obscene language toward a teacher, instructor, professor, person in charge of a class of students, or employee of any school, while in the performance of their duties, or toward a student or other person in a school building, or upon the grounds thereof, or upon the way to or from any school, or on the way to or from any school sponsored activity. (b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
