561.03 USE OF IMPROPER, INDECENT OR OBSCENE LANGUAGE TOWARD A TEACHER, SCHOOL EMPLOYEE, STUDENT OR OTHER PERSON.

   (a)    No person shall use improper, indecent or obscene language toward a teacher, instructor, professor, person in charge of a class of students, or employee of any school, while in the performance of their duties, or toward a student or other person in a school building, or upon the grounds thereof, or upon the way to or from any school, or on the way to or from any school sponsored activity. (Ord. 70-11. Passed 2-24-70.)

   (b)    Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
