561.02 DISTRIBUTING PRINTED MATTER NEAR SCHOOLS.

(a) No person shall sell or offer for sale, or give or offer to give or attempt in any manner to distribute any pamphlets, circulars or other printed matter which is directed at inciting or producing imminent lawless action and is likely to incite and produce such action, at any entrance or exit to any schoolhouse, school athletic field or within 100 feet of any school property. (Ord. 70-12. Passed 2-24-70.)

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
