557.06 ENTRANCE TO PREMISES.
Admission shall be granted at reasonable times upon presentation of proper credentials. A qualified person from the premises involved may accompany the Air Pollution Control Officer provided that such person is made available without unnecessary delay so as to obstruct the purpose of the investigation.
No person shall in any manner hinder, obstruct, delay, resist, prevent or in any way interfere or attempt to interfere with the Air Pollution Control Officer in the performance of his duty in his investigation of a suspected air pollution nuisance or refuse to permit him to perform his duty by refusing entrance to the premises under the conditions prescribed above in this section.
The Air Pollution Control Officer shall have no authority to inquire into any processes including metallurgical, chemical, oil refinery, ceramic, paper or other commodity manufacturing industries beyond that point having a direct bearing on the source of air pollution or a device abating such air pollution.
