   557.01 ADOPTION OF STATE REGULATIONS.
   The City hereby adopts by reference the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency rules governing air pollution.
   One copy of these adopted regulations shall be filed as a part of the ordinance records of the City and at least one copy shall be on file in the County Law Library. In addition, the Clerk of Council shall have copies available for distribution at cost.
