553.04 MAXIMUM SPEED LIMITS.

(a) No person in charge of a locomotive shall allow such locomotive to travel in excess of twenty-five miles per hour within the corporate limits of the City.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
