   545.21 FORTUNETELLING WITHOUT A LICENSE.
   (a)   No person, not legally licensed to do so, shall represent himself to be an astrologer, fortuneteller, clairvoyant or palmister.

   (b)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
