529.09 BEER OR ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ON PUBLIC PROPERTY.

(a) No person shall consume any beer or alcoholic beverage on public property within the Municipality unless it is with written permission of the Municipality or a public agency having control of such public property. For the purpose of this section, all Municipal, church or school property shall be deemed public property.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
