521.15 SEWAGE PERMIT FEE.
(a) The Safety/Service Director, or his authorized designate, upon notice from the Health Department, that a mandated household sewage operational permit fee has not been paid to the Board of Health, shall cause a written warning to be issued to the owner or occupant of the household. The written warning shall inform the individual or business that failure to pay the required fee shall be a criminal violation of the ordinances of the City of Sharonville, and shall notify the individual or corporation that criminal prosecution may be commenced after thirty days following the written warning.
(b) Any individual or corporation which willfully fails to pay the required household sewage operational permit fee, after thirty days’ written warning by the Safety/Service Director or his designate, shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
