521.14 TEMPORARY WATER USE RESTRICTIONS DURING EMERGENCY CASES.

(a) Until the Cornell Road Pumping Station and associated water mains are placed in service, during any water emergency declared by the Cincinnati Water Works, persons within specified portions of the City shall be restricted as directed by the Safety-Service Director during such emergency from using water for lawn sprinkling, car washing or other non-essential purposes.

(b) This section shall become null and void upon completion and operation start-up of the Cornell Road Pumping Station and associated water mains, but in no case shall this section remain in force longer than December 31, 1991.
