1604.03 PROVISIONS FOR BURNING.

The right to burn dry combustible materials of a non-noxious nature during the hours set forth in Section 1604.02 shall be subject to the following conditions:

(a) No fire shall be lit or burned within ten feet of any building or structure.

(b) No fire shall be permitted to burn unattended or to smolder.
