EDITOR'S NOTE: Resolution 25-82, passed January 27, 1982, adopted the "City of Sharon Housing Rehabilitation Program Policy" after the City received approval of its Community Development Application, which application included provisions for a Housing Rehabilitation Program. Resolution 25-82 was amended by Resolutions 130-82, passed July 28, 1982; 145-82, passed August 25, 1982; 168-82, passed September 22, 1982; 198-82, passed November 18, 1982; and 51-83, passed March 23, 1983. Resolution 50-86, passed April 23, 1986, adopted a revised policy, known as the "City of Sharon Housing Rehabilitation Program Guidelines," and repealed Resolution 25-82 and all previous legislation and agreements conflicting with the revised guidelines.
