1486.02 EMERGENCY REHAB REVIEW COMMITTEE.

Council hereby establishes an Emergency Rehab Review Committee to review emergency rehabs when they occur, to save time and to expedite rehab work to benefit homeowners. The members of the Committee shall be the Mayor, the President of Council and the City Engineer.
