1446.04 CODE APPEALS BOARD; HEARINGS; APPEALS.

The Code Appeals Board created in Section 1420.06 is hereby designated as the Code Appeals Board under this chapter and all hearings and appeals shall be in accordance with the provisions of Section 127.0 of the BOCA Basic Building Code, as adopted in Chapter 1440.
