There is hereby established a Board of Building Code Appeals, to be known as the Code Appeals Board. The members of such Board shall be appointed by, and shall serve at the pleasure of, Council. Such Board shall have jurisdiction of all appeals taken under all Codes and other provisions of this Part Fourteen - Building and Housing Code. Membership of the Board and procedures for appeals, hearings, decisions and review shall be as provided in Section 127.0 of the BOCA Basic Building Code adopted in Section 1440.01.
