1222.02 EXCEPTIONS.

The following substitutions and exceptions to the Mercer County Subdivision Regulation Ordinance shall apply:

(a) Where the term "Mercer County Regional Planning Commission" appears, there shall be substituted the term "Sharon Planning Commission. "

(b) Where the term "Mercer County" appears, there shall be substituted the term "City of Sharon. "

(c) Where the term "Mercer County Board of Commissioners" appears, there shall be substituted the term "Sharon City Council. "
