1222.01 ADOPTION BY REFERENCE.

The Mercer County Subdivision and Land Use Ordinance, as amended through 2006, setting forth Definitions; Jurisdiction and Sanctions; Procedure; Design Standards; Plan Requirements; Mobile Home Park Regulations and the same hereby, are adopted by reference.
