1040.10 PRIVATE DISPOSAL SYSTEMS.

No on-lot sewage disposal systems shall be installed within the territorial limits of the City inasmuch as the City is totally sewered. All facilities located within 150 feet of a sewer line shall be tied in for purposes of disposing of sewage waste.
