1040.05 NOTICE TO STOP DISCHARGE OF SURFACE OR ROOF WATER INTO SANITARY SEWERS.

In those cases where surface or roof water is being discharged into the sanitary sewers, the property owner shall stop such discharge within thirty days after notice from the Code Enforcement Officer to do so.
