After the effective date of Ordinance 17-20, any person who becomes a landlord as defined herein of a dwelling or dwelling unit located within the City of Sharon by agreement of sale, deed or by any other means whatsoever, shall within thirty (30) days thereafter, report to the Code Enforcement Officer all of the information required in Section 829.05 above and on forms to be provided by the City of Sharon. Any person who becomes a landlord as defined herein after the effective date of Ordinance 17-20 shall be subject to the requirements of this Chapter. They shall comply with the same immediately upon becoming a landlord.
