822.12 ARTICLES TO BE LABELED.

No licensee shall offer for sale by auction any article to which there is not attached a card, ticket or label on which is a number corresponding to the number of that article in the inventory hereinbefore provided for, containing a full description of such article and the actual price thereof to the licensee.
