(a) Council hereby approves the following fees for equipment use for the cleanup and abatement of Haz-Mat spills within the City:
(1) Any Fire Bureau apparatus or vehicle: Fifty dollars ($50.00) per hour, with a minimum of one hour.
(2) Any Police Bureau vehicle (marked or unmarked): Fifty dollars ($50.00) per hour, with a minimum of one hour.
(3) Any Public Works vehicle: One hundred dollars ($100.00) per hour, with a minimum of one hour.
(b) The costs for materials and employee hours will be billed at the current rates charged to the City.
