462.04 LICENSE APPLICATION.

Application for a pedalcycle license and license plate shall be made upon a form provided by the City and shall be made to the Bureau of Fire. An annual license fee of fifty cents (500 shall be paid to the City before each license or a renewal thereof is granted.
