462.01 COMPLIANCE REQUIRED.
   (a)   No person shall do any act prohibited or fail to perform any act required in this chapter.
   (b)   No parent of any child or guardian of any ward shall authorize or knowingly permit the child or ward to violate any of the provisions of this chapter.
