(b) "Stop Here on Red" Signs. All vehicles shall stop at the spot designated by "Stop Here on Red" signs at the following designated intersections:
In a southerly direction on Stambaugh Avenue at the East Side Fire Station at East Connelly Boulevard.
In a southerly direction on Smith Avenue at East Connelly Boulevard.
In an easterly direction on East State Street at Smith Avenue.
In an easterly direction on East State Street at Stambaugh Avenue.
(c) Stopping at Stop Bars or Lines. All vehicles shall stop for the stop bars or lines located on all intersections on the pavement at the designated traffic control signal intersections.
(d) Right Turns on Red Prohibited. All vehicles shall stop for the steady red indication at the traffic control signals and shall not be permitted to make a right turn on red at the following locations:
Case Avenue turning onto East State Street between 7:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m.
East Connelly Boulevard and South Myers Avenue: Westbound on Connelly Boulevard turning northbound on South Myers Avenue.
Forker Boulevard turning onto East State Street between 7:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m.
South Irvine Avenue at Logan Avenue: Southbound on South Irvine Avenue turning northwest onto Logan Avenue.
Jefferson Avenue turning onto State Street.
Service Avenue southbound turning onto the Shenango Valley Freeway.
Silver Street turning onto North Oakland Avenue.
Spencer Avenue southbound turning onto the Shenango Valley Freeway.
Spencer Avenue turning onto State Street.
East State Street and Oakland Avenue.
Westbound on East State Street turning northbound onto North Oakland Avenue.
State Street turning onto Forker Boulevard; State Street turning onto Spencer Avenue.
West State Street at Irvine Avenue: Eastbound on West State Street turning southbound onto South Irvine Avenue.
West State Street and Water Avenues: Westbound and eastbound on West State Street, turning southbound on South Water Avenue or northbound onto North Water Avenue, and southbound on North Water Avenue turning westbound onto West State Street.
