(a) All vehicles shall be required to turn left when traveling in a lane designated "left lane must turn left," at the following intersections:
East and westbound traffic on East State Street turning onto South Oakland Avenue and North Oakland Avenue;
Southbound traffic on North Oakland avenue turning onto State Street;
Eastbound traffic on State Street turning onto Jefferson Avenue;
Eastbound traffic on State Street turning onto Euclid Avenue;
Westbound traffic on State Street turning onto Stambaugh Avenue;
Eastbound traffic on State Street turning onto Case Avenue;
Eastbound traffic on State Street turning onto Forker Boulevard;
Westbound traffic on State Street turning onto Spencer Avenue;
Northbound traffic on Spencer Avenue turning onto East State Street;
Southbound traffic on Forker Boulevard turning onto East State Street;
Eastbound traffic on State Street turning onto Buhl Boulevard; and
Southbound traffic on Connelly Boulevard turning onto Dock Street.
(b) All vehicles shall be required to turn right when traveling in a lane designated "right lane must turn right," at the following intersections:
Stambaugh Avenue turning onto East State Street.
