The following traffic regulations are hereby enacted because they are deemed to be necessary for the protection of school children, at the places and times hereinafter set forth:
(a) Between 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. on normal school days, Linden Street shall be one way, eastbound, between its intersection with Case Avenue and its intersection with North Myers Avenue.
(b) Parking shall be limited to one-half hour on the south side of Linden Street, between its intersection with Case Avenue and its intersection with North Myers Avenue, between 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. on normal school days.
(c) Parking shall be limited to thirty minutes on both the east and west sides of North Myers Avenue, between its intersection with Linden Street and its intersection with Alcoma Street, between 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. on normal school days.

(d) Eastbound and westbound traffic on East State Street shall be prohibited from turning onto Case Avenue on days when school is in session between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m.
(e) Eastbound and westbound traffic on East State Street or Linden Street shall be prohibited from turning on the portion of Case Avenue between East State Street and Linden Street between the hours of 7:45 a.m. and 8:45 a.m., and from 2:15 p.m. and 3:15 p.m., on days when school is in session.
