(a) No vehicle, other than an emergency vehicle, shall enter onto Edgewood Road at its point of intersection with Stambaugh Avenue, nor shall any vehicle, other than an emergency vehicle, exit from Edgewood Road onto Stambaugh Avenue at their point of intersection.

(b) No vehicle traveling on Stambaugh Avenue shall turn right at its intersection with East State Street, except from the designated right-turn lane.
