(a) Notice. All agencies, boards, and commissions whose members are appointed by the City Council shall, contemporaneously with their filing of any and all meeting notices with a newspaper of general circulation, forward a copy of such notice to the City Clerk.
(b) Posting. Upon receipt of all meeting notices, the City Clerk, in conformance with Section 1405 of the Home Rule Charter, shall immediately post same on the City's website.
(c) Publication. The City Clerk shall, upon final passage, provide a copy of this section to each organization within the City affected thereby.
