CHAPTER 228 City Treasurer (Repealed)

EDITOR'S NOTE: This chapter is repealed by Ordinance No. 27-07, passed December 27, 2007, effective the first Monday in January, 2012. Additionally, references to Treasurer are replaced with Tax Collector effective the first Monday in January, 2012, pursuant to Ordinance 29-07, passed December 27, 2007 and Ordinance 07-08, passed March 20, 2008.
