§ 35.01 TOWN OF SHALLOTTE FIRE DEPARTMENT CREATED.

The Shallotte Fire Department, herein referred to as the Department, the object of which shall be the prevention and extinguishment of fire and the protection of life and property within the limits of the town and county fire district, is hereby created.
