Effective January 1, 2006, the administrative organization of the town shall be divided into the following departments:
(A) Police Department;
(B) Fire Department;
(C) Public Works Department;
(D) Administration Department, including Town Clerk and Tax Collector;
(E) Water and Sewer Department;
(F) Planning Department; and
(G) SRFTC.
