§ 31.17  TAX COLLECTOR; DUTIES.
   The Town Administrator shall provide for the appointment of a Tax Collector, whose duties shall be to:
   (A)   Collect all taxes and assessments due to the town;
   (B)   Supply the Mayor and Board with any information as they may require of him or her relative to the performance of his or her duties;
   (C)   Make periodic reports to the Board listing therein all funds collected by him or her; and
   (D)   Perform other duties required by law, or as the Board of Aldermen or Town Administrator may direct.
