(A) Whoever violates any provisions of this chapter for which another penalty is not already herein provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
(B) Any violation of § 130.07 shall constitute a misdemeanor punishable, upon conviction, by a fine not exceeding $50 or by imprisonment not exceeding 30 days, as provided by G.S. § 14-4.
(C) Each violation of § 130.09 shall be punishable by a maximum fine of $50, and each bill, poster, advertisement, notice or graphic matter affixed shall constitute a separate offense.
(D) A violation of § 130.11 shall constitute a violation of G.S. § 14-269.
