§ 112.04  CRAFT FAIRS AND FLEA MARKETS.
   Itinerant merchants may be grouped together or occupy, from time to time, pavilions and other structures, whether permanent or temporary, in craft fairs and flea markets, subject to the following rules and regulations.
   (A)   The pavilions or other structures shall be located only in a B2, CB or HB zoning district of the town. Further, any structure must meet all requirements of the Uniform State Building Code and the town zoning ordinance for a commercial structure. Further, parking areas meeting the requirements of the town zoning ordinance must be provided.
   (B)   All signs advertising, identifying or locating the various itinerant merchants must be in accordance with sign requirements in the particular zoning district in which the facility is located.
   (C)   Articles of merchandise offered for sale shall be permitted to remain on the premises of the flea market or craft fair during the term of the occupancy thereof by the itinerant merchant.
   (D)   Except as provided in § 112.05, all itinerant merchants must comply with the applicable provisions of this chapter, including without limitation the permit procedures.
