§ 110.17 ABROGATION.

These regulations shall not repeal, impair, abrogate or interfere with any existing easements, covenants, deed restrictions, setback requirements, rules, definitions, regulations previously adopted pursuant to law in any established zoning district in the town. However, where these regulations impose greater restrictions, the provisions of these regulations shall govern.
