§ 96.10  REMOVAL OF TEMPORARY STRUCTURES AND EQUIPMENT INCIDENTAL TO HAWKING AND PEDDLING.
   (A)   With the exception of tents on the premises of a permanent business within the town, the primary structure for which meets or exceeds the requirements of the zoning district wherein the business is situated, the tents being in place as part of the regular course of business of the permanent business, with the exception of tables and shelters on the premises of a flea market and with the exception of the sales or sellers of Christmas trees, Christmas wreaths and Christmas greenery, seasonally sold during the Christmas season, no temporary structures shall be allowed within the town between the hours of 8:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.  Peddlers, hawkers and other merchants of goods, wares and services within the town, with the above exceptions, shall cause any temporary structures to be removed from public visibility in the town during these hours.
   (B)   With the exception of equipment and merchandise stored in tents on the premises of permanent businesses within the town, the primary structure for which business meets or exceeds the requirements of the zoning district wherein the business is situated, the tents being in place as part of the regular course of business of the permanent business, all vehicles, tables and other equipment incidental to peddling and hawking within the town shall be removed from public visibility in the town between the hours of 8:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.
   (C)   For the purposes of this section, PERMANENT BUSINESS shall mean any business, which has a permanent location in a building within the town, with the premises of the building being either owned or rented by the business.
