§ 94.02 IMPOSITION.

Effective August 1, 1990, there is imposed a monthly 911 charge in the amount specified in § 94.03 upon each exchange access facility subscribed to by telephone subscribers whose exchange lines are in the area served by or which will be served by the 911 service of the town.
