(A) All projects will be issued a project fee for plan reviews and construction-related inspections for site plans, utility plans, building plans, fire protection, and final inspection activities. This inclusive fee shall be billed as follows: See town annual budget ordinance.
(B) All occupancy types listed in Chapter 2 of the North Carolina Building Code: Fire Prevention Code that involve but are not limited to the following activities: new construction, change of use, alteration, remodel, repair, renovation or reconstruction shall be billed as follows: See town annual budget ordinance.
