§ 93.013  FIRE INSPECTIONS.
   The Fire Code Official is responsible for inspecting businesses and town properties to insure that business owners, employees and the general public are safe from fire and safety hazards in accordance with the North Carolina Building Code: Fire Prevention Code and all associated appendices.
   (A)   On all new and renovated businesses, the inspector shall bill the owner for the fire prevention inspections as outlined. (See town annual budget ordinance.)
   (B)   On all existing businesses, including the initial and each subsequent follow-up inspection, the inspector shall bill the owner for the fire prevention inspections as outlined. (See town annual budget ordinance.)
   (C)   Non-compliant occupancies that fail to correct identified fire violations by the third re-inspection shall be billed as follows until the business is compliant. (See town annual budget ordinance.)
