§ 93.007 NORTH CAROLINA GENERAL STATUES GOVERNING FIRE PROTECTION WITHIN THE TOWN.

Most of the statutory provisions relating to cities and towns are contained in G.S. Ch. 160A, Art. 19, respectively “Planning and Regulation of Development.” These statutes and the town ordinances govern the operation of the inspection department per the building code ordinance.
