§ 93.004 ENFORCEMENT.

The code hereby adopted shall be enforced by the Fire Code Official as defined by FIRE CODE OFFICIAL within the North Carolina Building Code: Fire Prevention Code. The code hereby adopted shall be enforced throughout the town and extra-territorial jurisdiction in accordance with G.S. § 160A-360 and Town of Shallotte Code of Ordinances pertaining to the extra-territorial jurisdiction. The Fire Code Official is hereby given all necessary special police powers for the purpose of enforcing the provisions of this chapter.
