APPENDIX 1 MASTER UTILITY PLAN

See Town of Shallotte Master Utility Plan.

If a proposed utility line extension is not included on the town’s Master Utility Plan, then applicant should consult with the town’s Public Utility Director.

Minimum Line Sizes:

   Sewer:

 

	Six inches for pressure sewer*
	Eight inches for gravity sewer*
	* All line sizes will be approved by the town and larger lines may be required.

 

      Developer/applicant is required to provide all supporting sewer infrastructure.

   Water:

 

	Six inches*
	*All line sizes will be approved by the town and larger lines may be required.

 

      Developer/applicant is required to provide all supporting water infrastructure.
