§ 52.087  SAMPLING PROCEDURES AND ANALYSIS.
   The town may require sampling at any connections that it determines to be necessary to ensure that no violation of discharge exists.  If a violation of any nature is discovered, costs will be charged to the owner and/or account holder and other remedies as provided in § 52.999.
