(A) The Board of Aldermen will annually review the actual cost of operation and maintenance of the town’s wastewater treatment plants and adjust the surcharge rates to reflect the true cost of constituent treatment as needed. The adjustments if any, will become effective following the first day of each new fiscal year. The Board may review these rates and adjust them accordingly at any time it deems adjustments are in the best interest of the town.
(B) The Board does hereby set annual rates. Copies are available through town offices.
