§ 52.084 TYPES OF CHARGES AND FEES.

   The charges and fees are established in the town’s schedules of charges and fees may include but not be limited to:

   (A)   User classification charges;

   (B)   Fees for extra monitoring; such as that which requires costs above the average cost of assessing an average or representative analysis;

   (C)   Fees for permit applications;

   (D)   Appeal fees;

   (E)   Charges and fees based on wastewater constituents and characteristics, to include industrial cost recovery provisions of the Federal Acts;

   (F)   Industrial waste surcharges;

   (G)   Industrial user charge payments;

   (H)   Replacement costs; and

   (I)   Sewer transmission recovery fees and capital reserve fees.
