§ 52.035  INJUNCTION AND ABATEMENT.
   The violation of this chapter is hereby declared to be a public nuisance, and this chapter may be enforced by injunction and order of abatement in an action instituted in the General Court of Justice, as provided in G.S. § 160A-175.
