§ 52.033  RIGHT TO ENTER PREMISES.
   Whenever it becomes necessary to enter any premises, stores or dwelling, for the purpose of inspecting sewer pipes or fixtures, the of Public Works or Building Inspector may do so within reasonable hours; should the or Building Inspector be refused admittance, the supply of water and/or sewer service shall be cut off until the examination is made and the required information is obtained, or until repairs and alterations are made.
