§ 51.10  RIGHT TO ENTER PREMISES.
   Whenever it becomes necessary to enter any premises, store or dwelling, for the purpose of inspecting water pipes, fixtures or meters, the Director of Public Works or Building Inspector may do so within reasonable hours; should the Director or Inspector be refused admittance, the supply of water shall be cut off until the examination is made and the required information is obtained, or until repairs and alterations are made.
