§ 51.06  CONNECTIONS UNDER SUPERVISION OF TOWN.
   The construction of laterals for water connections, and the necessary excavation therefor, shall be done by the town, or, if done by a licensed plumber or licensed contractor, it shall be done under the supervision of the town and with a town- and state-approved permit.
